Phone control for Presenter
Your speaker already has a clicker.
Scan Presenter’s QR code and let your speaker advance their own slides from a phone. The volunteer can follow the service, and the speaker needs no app to install or account to create.
Local Remote is included with Presenter. Team adds Cloud Remote for phones on other networks.
The right view for each person.
Simple clicker
Next, back or a blank screen. Just enough for a guest speaker.
Full control
The service order in your hand: choose any cue and run the service from anywhere in the room.
Viewer
Follow the lyrics and slides on your own phone when the screen is far away.
WorshipAssist
Lyrics and chords for the band, following the song on screen.
Scan and go
A familiar phone. Three simple controls.
Open Mobile control in Presenter, choose Controller → Simple and share its QR code. The speaker scans it and can move through the current presentation in their browser.
- No app and no account for the speaker
- Works on the local Wi-Fi without internet
- Presenter stays in control of the session
For the whole room
Help everyone follow along.
Viewer puts the slides on people’s own phones, for the back of the hall and anyone who reads better up close. Add a poll or a quiz and the room answers from their seats.
- Viewer has no controls, so nobody changes the screen
- Polls with live results
- Quizzes with an answer reveal and a scoreboard
Does the speaker need to install an app?
No. Scan the QR code from Presenter and Remote opens in the phone or tablet browser. Presenter must be running and stays in control of the session.
Does it work without internet?
On the same local network, yes. Connecting through the cloud from another network needs internet and an active Team subscription.
Can a guest upload their own slides with it?
Remote controls slides already loaded in Presenter. A guest can upload slides beforehand through an invited Connect service with Collaboration and Team, or send you the file to add yourself.
Can everyone control the projector?
Only the roles you choose. A controller operates the presentation; a viewer only follows it. WorshipAssist gives musicians their own lyrics and chord view.
Your next guest already has the clicker.
Set up Presenter on the presentation computer. Share Simple Remote when the speaker’s slides are ready.
