Songs and setlists for your band

Prepare together. Play as one band.

Prepare songs and setlists in one shared library. Invite your musicians to practise on their own or play together, with lyrics and chords on every phone.

WorshipAssist is available separately and works without Presenter. With Team, everything comes together: plan your service in Connect, prepare your band in WorshipAssist and follow the songs from Presenter during the service. Planning, rehearsal and presentation work together.

€9 per month per band, including 21% Netherlands VAT. Already included in Team. Invited musicians join free.

Animated walkthrough of WorshipAssist in six steps. 1: at home, a musician practises the setlist from Connect, without Presenter. 2: at church, Presenter shows the WorshipAssist QR code and the musician joins from a tablet, without an app or an account. 3: when the volunteer moves to verse 2 in Presenter, the musician’s chart follows; the room screen shows only the lyrics. 4: live controls keep songs within reach: touch and hold, drag up or down through the setlist and release to choose. Drag along either screen edge to browse A–Z; release to see matching songs. Tap the lyrics for search, text size and more controls. 5: a guitarist sets their own chords two semitones down to G shapes and plays with a capo on fret 2, while the band plays in A. 6: the musician suggests another song; Presenter shows the request and the volunteer accepts and presents it.

1/6 · Prepare Practise at home with the setlist from Connect. No Presenter needed.

More attention for the music and each other.

  • One shared library

Keep your own songs and permitted material in one private workspace. Connected readers refresh saved corrections.

  • Your setlists, ready to play

Prepare song order and keys with your team. Open the setlist for practice or lead a shared session without Presenter.

  • Guests in seconds

Invite your musicians to the workspace, or share a temporary session QR with authorised guests. No per-musician subscription.

  • Capo, on the spot

Song in A, but you play G shapes? Set My chords two down and put a capo on 2.

Live with the band

Follow the leader, or look ahead on your own.

Follow the band leader’s current song or a connected Presenter. Look ahead on your own, then resume following when you are ready.

  • Led by the band leader or by Presenter
  • Authorised session guests read along through a revocable QR link
  • Tempo with a beat pulse for rehearsals

Song requests

Suggest the next song to Presenter.

Find the song on your phone and send it to the volunteer at the desk. Once accepted, Presenter adds it to the service and puts it on screen. Browsing a setlist never changes the projector.

  • The volunteer accepts, unless automatic acceptance is on
  • The musician chart stays separate from the projected lyrics
  • Your own screen, your own pace

From paper to phone

Bring the paper songs along.

With Team’s photo recognition, select permitted material on a photo or PDF and recognise the printed lyrics and chords. Review the draft before saving. Scanning does not grant permission to copy a song.

  • A camera photo, saved images or a PDF
  • Check every line before it is saved
  • Cloud photo recognition is a separate Team feature

What do we buy?

One WorshipAssist subscription covers one private music workspace, including its invited musicians. It does not include Presenter, full Connect or Cloud Remote. Team already includes WorshipAssist: you do not buy it twice. Presenter Own and Flex retain their included local QR Remote and WorshipAssist.

Can we bring songs from another workspace?

You can export and import a SundayAssist song/setlist bundle when you have access and the required rights. Review the destination and confirm permission; music licences do not transfer with the files. Copyright notices stay with the material. SundayAssist does not supply a licensed song catalogue.

Do we need a running Presenter?

No. The standalone WorshipAssist subscription includes a shared song library, setlists and band sessions with internet access. You can keep your current presentation and planning software. Presenter’s included local QR mode still uses a running Presenter on the same network.

If I fix a chord, does everyone see it?

Connected WorshipAssist and Connect readers refresh saved song changes. Presenter’s local song library is separate: use Sync songs with Connect to exchange library changes, or open the shared Connect setlist in a compatible Presenter.

Can a guest musician join without an account?

Yes. An authorised session manager can share a temporary guest QR: guests read that session’s songs, choose their view and personal key, and follow or browse. The link can be revoked. Presenter also offers its own local WorshipAssist QR.

The band plays in A, but I know the song in G shapes. Can I use a capo?

Yes. My chords transposes only the chords on your own screen, for example two semitones down to G. Put a capo on the second fret and you sound in A with the band. The saved song, the setlist and the band’s key stay unchanged.

Do changes on my screen affect the projector?

No. Browsing or choosing a song in WorshipAssist never changes the projector. When connected to Presenter, you can send a song suggestion for the volunteer to accept.

Do musicians need to install an app?

No. WorshipAssist works in a phone or tablet browser. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are being prepared; store availability will be announced after release. Invited musicians do not need a separate subscription.

Try it at your next rehearsal.

Open WorshipAssist, prepare your songs and choose Practice or Play together. Your band can join without replacing the software at the presentation desk.
