Can we keep using our PowerPoint and Canva slides?

Yes. Presenter plays .pptx files natively, with supported click animations and embedded videos, without Microsoft PowerPoint installed. Some transitions and fonts can look different, so preview the file before Sunday. Import your Canva design directly as click-through slides or video, ready for offline use.

Does it work without internet?

Prepared songs, Bible passages and local media present offline, and Remote works over the local Wi-Fi network. Connect and online media need internet. Flex and Team licences refresh online every 30 days, with 14 days of grace.

Which computer do we need?

Presenter runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. For the AI Assistant, a Mac with Apple silicon is recommended. Check the setup guidance in Presenter and try it with your own songs, room and microphone during the pilot.

What does SundayAssist cost?

You pay per church, with no per-user fees. The subscription price you start with never increases. Presenter is available as a subscription or one-time Own licence. Team includes Connect, Presenter, WorshipAssist and 50 GB of shared storage. Standalone WorshipAssist is billed per band, with free invited musicians. Presenter and Team each offer a 28-day pilot without a payment card.
