Planning and community for your church

Where your church comes together.

Keep church news, volunteer invitations and Sunday’s plan together. Volunteers open their personal email link to reply and prepare, without a password, so everyone knows what to expect before the service.

28 days without a payment card · Unlimited users · Presenter Flex included

Animated walkthrough of Connect in seven steps, beside a phone. 1: in Rostering, Plan roster asks every team for their availability. 2: a volunteer opens the personal link from the email, without a password, and marks two dates as unavailable. 3: Connect suggests a roster draft that skips those dates, and the planner applies it. 4: the planner sends the invitations; the volunteer accepts on the phone and the reply appears in Connect. 5: the planner turns on Collaboration for the service and invites the guest speaker. 6: the guest speaker adds the sermon slides to the plan from their own phone. 7: the volunteer opens the setlist with lyrics and chords to practise.

1/7 · Ask Ask every team for their availability at once.

One place for everyone.

  • For the whole church

Announcements, the agenda and groups on everyone’s Connect home page.

  • Plan together

Rotas, service plans and files in one place, with live sync while you work.

  • No password

A personal link by email opens invitations, availability, setlists and lyrics.

  • Guests for one service

Invite a speaker to one service and enable Collaboration to let them add slides.

For everyone

A home page for your whole church.

When members open Connect, they see the church’s news, the agenda and their own groups. Whoever serves finds their invitations there too.

  • Announcements for everyone or for one group
  • A directory where everyone chooses what they share
  • Unlimited users with Team

Volunteers

A personal link instead of a password.

Each volunteer gets a personal link by email. It opens their invitations, their availability and, with access, the songs and setlists. No account to create.

  • Accept or decline under My serving
  • Away dates in a few taps
  • Setlists with lyrics and chords to practise

Works in a browser on your phone, tablet or computer.

Collaboration

Your guest speaker, right inside the plan.

Invite a speaker to one service. With Collaboration on, all invitees can edit the plan and add files. Their slides come along when you create a deck from that service in Presenter.

  • Guests have access only to their invited service
  • Collaboration per service, off by default
  • PowerPoint, PDF, video, audio and images

Uploading files needs an active Team subscription, which includes 50 GB of shared storage.

Setlists

Setlists the band can practise with.

Save setlists with a key for every song, share them with your teams and open them in WorshipAssist to practise or play together, without Presenter running.

  • A key saved for every song in the setlist
  • Shared with groups or teams
  • Practise or play together in WorshipAssist

From plan to Presenter

Plan it in Connect. Open it in Presenter.

Presenter turns the Connect service into a deck with its sections, songs and notes, ready to review. With Team, the files come along too, including the speaker’s slides.

  • Sections, songs and notes come across
  • Uploaded files download for offline use with Team
  • Plan changed? Create a fresh deck and review it

Contact us
Do we need Presenter to use Connect?

No. Plan volunteers, prepare services and practise with saved setlists in Connect in your browser. Shared WorshipAssist sessions work without Presenter too. Team includes Presenter Flex for when you want to present.

Can a guest speaker help without joining our church?

Yes. Invite them by name and email as a guest of one service. They see only that service. With Collaboration on for that service, they can edit the plan and upload their own slides.

Do volunteers need to install an app?

No. A personal email link opens Connect in a phone, tablet or computer browser. Volunteers can reply, update availability and open the content their church has shared with them.

Does every volunteer need a paid licence?

No. Team includes unlimited users for your church. Invitees can read their service and respond. Turn on Collaboration to let all invitees to that service help edit it.

Can we bring our people from another system?

Yes. Import a reviewed CSV of people from Planning Center, ChurchTools, ChurchSuite, KerkSPOT, WorshipTools or a spreadsheet. Nobody is invited until you choose to send invitations.

How does Connect handle privacy?

Members choose whether to appear in the directory and share contact details. Before sending organisation emails, your church records its privacy basis and contact. Recipients can unsubscribe from that church’s emails.
